Every order goes through incoming-material, in-process and final checks, and ships with a mill test certificate.
From Raw Material to Mill Certificate
- Incoming raw material inspection — chemical composition and mechanical property check
- In-process dimension check — section height, width and wall thickness sampled during rolling
- Surface inspection — visual and dimensional check before packing
- Outgoing mill test certificate issued with each shipment

ISO 9001:2015
Certified by Beijing Sanxing 9000 (CNAS / IAF-recognized): one group master certificate plus site certificates for Henan Northern (Tangyin base), the Xinggang company and the Machinery company, all valid to 4 October 2026. Scope: cold-formed steel, hot-rolled sections, PV supports and rails. Scans below.
Grade-A Taxpayer 2025 rating
The group, the wheel company and Henan Northern were each rated Grade-A taxpayers in the 2025 evaluation by their tax authorities.
IATF 16949:2016 Valid to 2029
Automotive quality management system, without product design — two certificates from Quality Austria. Group certificate (reg. T7-18627/0, IATF 0599434): wheel hubs, brake drums, axles and cold-formed sections, valid to 8 March 2029. Wheel Co. certificate (reg. T-15848/0, IATF 0504999): wheel hubs and brake drums, valid to 11 March 2027. Both verifiable at cnca.gov.cn. Scans below.

Xinggang subsidiary (Tangyin) recognized as an Innovative SME in 2025. Certificate scan pending.

Export Compliance & Test Documents
Commercial-vehicle wheels carry no mandatory type-approval in most developing markets (ECE R124 covers only passenger and light vehicles). Buyers rely instead on test documents plus destination shipment certificates — the paperwork that separates a proven product from an untested one. We supply and help arrange the following.

- Mill test certificate (MTC) — chemical composition & mechanical properties, EN 10204 3.1
- Wheel fatigue test report — bending & radial, per GB/T 5909-2021 (or SAE J1095 / ECE R124 equivalent)
- Salt-spray (NSS) corrosion test report for coated wheels
- Dimensional & load conformity — bolt pattern (PCD), centre bore and rim profile per drawing
- ISO 9001 quality-management certificate
