Rim section steel is the hot-rolled profile our own FB/SDC tube-type rims are rolled from, and is also supplied externally to wheel manufacturers. Standard: YB/T 5227-2016 (Hot-rolled sections for wheel rims). 7.50V is confirmed in production; 8.00V and 8.5 are the highest-volume companion sections by market evidence and are pending factory confirmation. Section dimensions and steel grade will be published after confirmation; product photography to follow.

WHEEL PRODUCTION PROCESS
From Steel to Finished Wheel
Every wheel from the Tangyin line passes the same four stages before dispatch — from forming and welding through to top coat and oven drying.
STEP 01
Forming & Welding
Disc and rim are formed and welded into the wheel assembly.
STEP 02
Grinding & Shot Blasting
Welds are ground and the surface is shot-blasted ahead of finishing.
STEP 03
Pickling & Electrophoresis
Pickling and electrophoretic coating for corrosion protection.
STEP 04
Painting & Drying
Top-coat painting and oven drying complete the finished wheel.
